This notice explains how Greenstreet MMO handles the details you send through the store review form on getgreenstreetmmo.com.

What we collect
The form asks for your name, work email, brand, store URL, platform, a monthly revenue range and your main goal. Notes are optional. Please don’t send passwords, payment details or customer data.
Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver the website and run its Turnstile security check, which can include your IP address, browser details and security signals.
How we use it
We use your details to look at your store’s public search presence and reply to your request. Sending the form doesn’t add you to a marketing list.
Our basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you make, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Our basis for the security check is our legitimate interest in protecting the website.
Services involved
The website and form run on Cloudflare. Turnstile checks each request on our server before it’s accepted. Accepted requests are delivered to a private Telegram group used by the Greenstreet MMO team. The form doesn’t keep its own database of requests.
These providers may process data outside the UK under their own terms: Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Telegram’s privacy policy.
The SERP preview tool
The tool runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it isn’t sent to us or stored.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we need them to reply and manage the conversation you started. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless we have a legal reason to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict how we use it, where those rights apply. Email Mahmut@getgreenstreetmmo.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile loads for form security.
